Make your fire the centre of attention with the Rocal Gala. This stove offers a panoramic view that transforms any living space.

A Centrepiece Like No Other

At Woodburner Insights, we’ve seen our fair share of standout stoves—but the Rocal Gala Woodburner is in a category of its own. Not only is it a striking freestanding central woodburner that defines the space around it, it also holds the distinction of being the first large central stove to achieve Ecodesign 2022 compliance. With panoramic fire views, sculptural form, and a powerful 17.5kW output, the Gala proves that cutting-edge design and next-generation performance can go hand in hand.

Central Sophistication

The Gala is designed to command attention in open-plan living. Positioned centrally, it transforms the layout of your home, allowing flames to be enjoyed from multiple angles. Its panoramic glass viewing panels give an uninterrupted view of the fire, ensuring the atmosphere flows across the whole room—perfect for vaulted ceilings, double-height spaces, and modern interiors that thrive on open design.

Power and Presence

While its sculptural exterior makes a bold design statement, the Gala is equally impressive in performance. With a nominal output of 17.4kW and efficiency above 80%, it’s perfectly equipped to heat expansive, open-plan spaces. Most importantly, the Gala is the first large central woodburner to achieve Ecodesign 2022 standards, setting a benchmark for low emissions and clean combustion in its category. It delivers the atmosphere of a true statement fire while meeting the most demanding environmental expectations.

  1. Hi,

Looking at the size…can this beautifull fireplace be installed in a house with only 1m width Doors?
Do they take It apart before transport?

    1. Hi Edwin, Yes this fireplace can be taken apart to fit through doors. There are different ways this can be done depending on the size of the opening you have. At 1m, you only need to remove the conical hood and circular central ring reducing the width down to 85cm allowing it to fit through your door.

We will send you a copy of the manual, so you can see how this is achieved.

      Thanks Reece
